Loose-Leaf Roasted Green Tea Powder · Toasted Umami
Carefully selected Japanese green tea leaves and stems are slow-roasted over charcoal, then traditionally stone-milled into an exceptionally fine powder. The roasting transforms the tea into a deep, nutty amber hue while preserving a smooth, comforting character. No additives, no bitterness—only the pure essence of fire-kissed tea.
In the cup: toasted cereal notes open first with warm, biscuity depth, followed by a gentle umami richness and subtle sweetness that lingers softly on the palate. The body is velvety and light, acidity low and harmonious—balanced, grounding, and quietly profound. A tea of understated warmth: late-afternoon reflection, evening calm, or moments that call for gentle comfort.
Seasonal expression. Limited allocation. Milled fresh to order.
Brewing: 1–2 g per 8 oz, 175–185°F, whisk 30–60 seconds (hot or iced).
