Hand-harvested by smallholder families in the Sidama Zone at 1,700–1,900 meters. Indigenous heirloom cultivars thrive on rich nitisol soils, yielding exceptional clarity and complexity. The cherries are fully natural-processed—dried intact on raised beds under careful hand-sorting—to preserve the fruit’s natural sugars and delicate florals.

In the cup: milk chocolate arrives first, soft and rounded, followed by bright wild fruit—blueberry, strawberry, and a hint of citrus peel—then a gentle caramel sweetness that lingers with quiet persistence. The body is light yet creamy, acidity lively and precise—vibrant without being sharp. A coffee of elegance and lift: morning clarity, mid-day poise, or any moment that calls for refined brightness.
