Hand-harvested by smallholder families in the highlands of Antioquia, at 1,300–1,500 meters on ancient volcanic loam. The coffee is fully washed at peak ripeness and carefully dried in solar dryers to preserve clarity and protect it from equatorial rain. Varieties Castillo, Caturra, Colombia, and Typica contribute layered complexity drawn from Medellín’s unique microclimate.
In the cup: bright dried orange opens first, followed by ripe wild berry and a smooth milk chocolate foundation. The body is silky and rounded, acidity lively yet poised—clean and vibrant without sharpness. A coffee that feels alive and precise: morning clarity, afternoon poise, or any moment that calls for lifted elegance.
