Hand-selected from smallholder gardens at 1,200–1,600 meters on the volcanic slopes of Kintamani. The ancient loam soil, forged by centuries of eruptions, imparts a profound mineral depth and silken texture. Beans are harvested at peak ripeness, wet-hulled by tradition, and patiently dried on raised beds under Bali’s equatorial sun.

In the cup: layers of dark chocolate unfold first, followed by rich molasses and a lingering brown-sugar caramel that finishes clean yet resonant. The body is velvety and weighty, the acidity restrained—quiet power rather than brightness. A coffee built for contemplation: evening pours, slow mornings, or moments when only depth will suffice.
